She's been an expert in the field of thought, helping implement business and people-related strategies into corporate goals and strategic plans by utilizing managing performance and organization as well as employee engagement and the management of change. She has worked for Fortune 500 companies and small to mid-sized businesses, educating leadership and coaches with demonstrated outcomes.
