Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is a sponsored Athlete. At the age of 16, she started participating in fitness contests following her decision to quit gymnastics. Within a year, she earned her Pro Card aged 17. Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an actress. She first began to participate in fitness shows after giving up her gymnastics career from childhood. In just one year she was granted her professional card at 17 years old. So becoming the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel took a six-year break from the stage after earning her pro card to pursue her studies. Then she came back in the year 2015 and carried on from her previous place of participating in some of the most prestigious contests including the Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. Following her first appearance, she continued competing throughout her career and setting higher goals each year. She was awarded four more fitness awards by the end of 2009. In 2009 she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion. This made her one of the oldest IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) in the history of fitness. After earning her Pro Card Ariel went on a hiatus of six years from competitive sports to complete her degree at college. The first time she competed professionally with IFBB was at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. She was 3rd overall at the event. In the summer of 2016 she was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and consequently, she was able to qualify for Fitness Olympia. She stepped on the Olympia stage just three months later, and took home 6th place in the Fitness Division. Ariel with absolutely no expectations going in, was delighted with her performance. It's no surprise that she did so well considering the competition. Ariel continues to improve her physique. Ariel's favorite body part to work out is the back. Her usual back workout is made up of bent over rows single-arm lat pull-downs, with a machine. and sitting rows. The warm-up phase is typically done first, followed by the actual training. Ariel is also known for making the most out of her time. Supersetting all of the back exercises into three to four 10- 12 repetition supersets is exactly what she is doing.
